A wonderful converted hotel, strategically located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City Centre and next door is a shopping mall (Suria Sabah). Just a walking distance to Filipino Market and shopping area. I really love the brand new room especially sea view room...superb view from the room.

Just next to the latest and biggest shopping complex,the Suria. Next to the beach as well.

i stayed at deluxe room.good location,got daily newspaper, breakfast is nice, but the toilet is small with no bath tub, receptionist is good attitute and helpful, but some of door man are not really helpful and they are seem to aviod eyes contact with you. the hotel restaurant will close after 2 and no any bar or louge at lobby.

not luxury if you are looking for but for the price, i was certainly mote than satiafied. staff was helpful, rooms clean, sheets crisp,breakfast very decent and most important te location a hop away from suria kk made the stay very pleasant indeed.

this is the second time we stay in this hotel, and service is as excellent as before. we have children and elderly joining the trip this time so we tried to come up with the best route for everyone. we therefore had lots of questions about the travel arrangement, and the staff are so helpful and patient to answer all our queries.
rooms are spacious and clean. excellent seaview. great location with all the tour booking companies, money exchange, phone/internet card purchase nearby. walking distance to the pier, sunday market, and many other restaurants. we will definitely stay in this hotel in our next visit to kk.

had a great stay at the hotel. location is ideal. next to suria kk shopping centre and near to the waterfront. the standard room was acceptable which i believed recently refurbished with large bathroom. generally the breakfast buffet, which was included in the rate, was acceptable. i love to come back to kk & stay at this hotel as the rate is low with acceptable quality.
