Second time staying at this hotel, it is getting better and better. Everything is good except for no internet at room. Hope that the hotel can keep it up this quality and value, i will definitely come back again.

staff are not well trained and cannot deal with all situations. Although our stay was extended till 6 p.m. and we paid extra for the same, they said they would charge us for two bottles of water which is usually provided free of charge. Since we did not appreciate this, they waived the charge, however, this incident suggests this that the staff are not well trained. Also we were not provided with any receipt for our stay and the receipt for extra payment we made was given only when we insisted for the same.
