Great location,very helpful staff
the hotel is right in the centre of kk. a short walk away from good shopping and places to eat.

We were very pleased with this hotel as it was so central. The staff were very helpful especially the reception staff who printed 4 e-mails for me.The breakfast was good and a lovely view of the sea from the restaurant.Our room was a good size and clean. The only negative was the toilet did not flush very well. Lovely view of the sea from our room.

In the advertisement mentioned have wifi but when we asked they inform wifi only provided at lounge area.Small room,and i want my receipt for my claim purposes but they inform Agoda will email me but until now there's no receipt at all.

Located walking distance to Suria Mall, Jesselton Point, Gaya Street and most of the shopping mall

the hotel location is strategy and the room quite new. but the standard room only come with twin bed, so my husband and i need to sleep separately. my parents and brother slept at studio room which come with 2 queen/king size bed and the room is big and they happy with that. overall the hotel is worth for the money!!

Great hotel - just what was needed

Needed a night at a hotel prior to and after a Kinabalu climb. Went for something basic and cheap and was pleasantly surprised. The room was comparable to anything else I have stayed in, breakfast was a lot more than I expected and the view well having breakfast was icing on the cake. Location was also good being walking distance to a number of malls, restaurants, etc.
Will definitely being coming back when I next visit KK

In my booking, I have requested for sea view.
During my 4 days 3 night stay, the receptionist did not even have the courtesy to update us that our request for the room facing the sea view was being turn down. I feel that they should try their best to let us stay 1 night (the room facing the sea view) because I have been keep waiting to hear for the good news. Hence disappointed.

Enjoy the local food and the seafood.

the location of gaya centre is great! it is so convenient as i can simply walk to shopping malls (suria sabah & wisma merdeka), tourism outlets, food places and jesselton point (going to tar islands). the room provided is also comfortable and they provide good service. lastly the breakfast served has different dishes everyday and it is of decent standard. overall i think gaya centre is great value for money!

Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until 1:30am, so the 24hr check in was a bonus for us. Also, as we were leaving at 6am that morning, the staff arranged a breakfast for us to take away as the restaurant didin't open until after that time.
The rooms were comfortable, and the views were pretty amazing, although we didn't really have much time to enjoy them!
