You can see the Mountain and the sea from the Hotel Room, you also can walk down along the to the waterfront (15minutes)

Great location but no wi-fi!

The hotel staffs are friendly and you can find no wifi in the rooms. There are wifi in the lobby though. Unfortunately, during our stay, something is wrong with the wifi and no internet connection can be found.
Breakfast is fine but I still prefer dining out than having breakfast there. Airport transfer if you're using taxi is RM 30. The taxi fits 4 medium-sized persons. If you're using van, it's RM 15 per head.
Shopping mall and waterfront is within walking distance. You can always ask the staffs if you are not sure about the location. They're friendly and helpful. We were even given map.
There is a souvenier (sp?) shop at the lobby. Believe it or not, the items there are cheaper than buying the souvenier at a normal shop. Which is unexpected.
The room not that big but okay for 2 persons.
Shopping Tip:
If you are buying things from a small shop example make up kit, do survey first. Sometimes shop A is RM 20 cheaper than shop B. Try the food court at Suria Sabah. The drinks are big and satisfying!

The hotel has a great location, it's very close to the Gaya Street, it takes only 5 minutes walk to there. also, there is the new shopping mall - Suria Sabah next to it. the breakfast is ok acceptable. our room is a sea view room, it's quite a good view room indeed.
