great location but no room service
near to town with full of restaurant around

~the family is quite confortable to stay with expecially the toilet with water heater.
~the staff is helpful upon request.
~the wifi signal is strong enough to serve net in the room
~the location is great,it takes around 10 minutes to walk to jesselton point,nearest with old town kopitiam,suria sabah..

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

the beach in kk is wonderful, interestingly you should swim with a great deal of fishes, however you could not touch it or catch it; there are a lot of types of fishes and you should enjoy these moments. in addition, seafood is perfect with cheap price and the diversify of styles in cooking.

Great Location - at the heart of the city

clean room and great location. near to jesselton point, suria sabah. very easy access to local food.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walking distance to jesselton point. choose the island you wish to go. i went to manukan island twice, is the most developed island among those 4. after island hoping, you can walk to suria sabah. we had our dinner at little italy. near to capital hotel. nice italian food. you can have a try.

Be sure to bring your own universal adapter/adaptor. We had a hard time charging our cellphones with the incompatible socket.

人員服務很好，位置很方便，也很寧靜，但是酒店很舊了，隔音不是很好，晚上聽得到隔壁看電視的聲音，因為住的是無窗房，所以比較暗又有點舊，晚上睡得不是很好。

房間內濕氣很重，牆壁都是壁癌還有發霉，打掃得很不確實。飯店很多灰塵，然後房間內廁所的洗手台跟地上的排水孔都是阻塞的，一個人洗完臉下一個要用洗手台的人要等30分鐘，水才會流光，一個人沖完澡，下一個人要洗澡也要等15分鐘，整個環境幾乎可以用不堪住來形容，我們是住三人房在三樓，狀況是如此，不知道兩人房會不會好一點。
睡到半夜還火警警鈴大作3次，連續兩天晚上都有，睡得不安心。
