We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is clean, the staff is very friendly, it feels safe - 24 hour staff at the enterance and the location is very good...in the nice end of town close to good restaurants, shopping mall, the sea. The rooms can be a bit noisy because they all have doors to the next door rooms...this also means that if the next door person smokes-you will smell it in your room...that's not so great. I wish they would make the hotel non-smoking.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a great cheap indian restaurant called "Choice" a few streets away - amazing "tea terik" there

We really liked the hotel - it's cheap and the staff is very friendly. It also feels very safe - there are people at the reception 24 hours. The location is great-in the good end of town-close to nice restaurants, shopping mall, the sea etc. We would stay there again.The rooms can be a bit noisy because they have doors to next door rooms...a shame...also you can smell the smoke from next door

basic hotel in kk. close to shopping centre, jetty and water front.
small room but clean with hot shower.
drinking water available free of change on ground floor.
don't expect much help from hotel staff...when we arrived the receptionist was asleep on the sofa (4pm, not a late check-in) and just about told us our room number,before heading back to the couch!
good wifi in common area.

clean mattress, easy check in & check out, near to all shopping mall & restaurant, quiet surrounding

we booked Double Standard no window however upon arriving, the room is not available.. so we are given a room with 2 single bed with window. pleasant stay. free wi-fi not reach 2nd floor.
Shopping Tip:
Gaya street is only 3-minutes walk. a must visit to find local souvenir. open only on sunday 6.30 until noon..

The hotel near to Jesselton point, Suria sabah and local food can be found within walking distance. Wifi worked ok. The room cleanliness needs some improvement though. No floor towel was provided, ended up with wet dirty floor every time after shower
