Good location, nice rooms and friendly service
We had the Superior King rooms, it was nice and big.

the room internet wifi was not working. the lobby wifi was fine. location is very close to many local eateries. a two minute walk behind the jesselton hotel would bring you to the start of signal hill to get a bit of exercise in the morning or evening and enjoy the splendid view.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a short walk to Signal Hill and enjoy the sunset over KK.

for the price of the hotel the room was spacious, clean and included wifi. the bed was comfortable. the shower was large and the towels were soft. the staff were friendly and helpful. barring the view (of which there isn't one) i would say this is better and cheaper than chains.
there isn't a tub, but the rain shower is great! and with all the sand in kk you don't really need one. they also don't serve breakfast, but there are many eateries and bakeries very close by we didn't have any problems finding food/coffee.
the hotel also nearby two shopping mall, so u dont need to call a taxi and make another wasted of money. overall i really recommended this hotel for a family vacation.
Restaurant Tip:
just across the street there is a restaurant called fook yuen, serving chinese style of food but halalm do not forget to try it out!

Nice hotel and great service from the hotel staff

It was my first time staying at that hotel and it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in KK. The staff was very friendly and helpful and smiles every time you walk into the hotel. The location of the hotel is in town center so it was convenient to move around and plenty of places to eat and entertainment nearby.

If you go diving in kinabalu .. the scuba centre is only 3 minutes walk away and the jetty is 10 minutes walk away easy peasy
Shopping is wonderful with Suria Kk 3 minutes walk away

stay only one night, big room and around the hotel have many restaurant and suria sabah shopping mall is within distance as well. there a tour desk next to rhe reception so if u need help, it's within reach. 40 ringgit taxi from airport to the hotel. not bad lo

The superior king is enough for 3 people. I like the big shower nozzle. The TV signal got to be improved, it's seems many international channels, but most of them have no graphics. The wifi was not stable neither.
The good location makes a quite convenient trip.It's a nice hotel with hospitality service.

Everything! Superb staff, service, room quality, all necessities provided including umbrellas and recycling bag to go to beach!

i am in love with this hotel! everything about it is great. very thoughtful staffs, and love the rain shower head! great location! there's a place to hang out with your buddies outside of your room. the chairs are so comfy!
Restaurant Tip:
Try Bella's pizza near the hotel. 50% off from 3-7pm. It's really good! And also right opposite the hotel, try "roti kahwin" and "teh peng"

Hotel is strategically located among food places and supermarket. Just opposite the road, you will find a 24hours Old Town eatery.
You can expect clean, new and spacious room. Wifi is a little slow though.
