good sea view. good location, reasonable rate in renovation, poor air conditioning, very central located in the city. not too far from the airport. within walking distance to everywhere. a lot of pubs, restaurants nearby.within walking distance to jetty. staff in the hotel are friendly and nice. rooms are under renovation, large room with balcony facing sea view. swimming pool is large and clean. unfortunately, we had no air condition on the last day of our stay. it was hot and uneasy. once the renovation completed, we will still stay in this hotel.

Centralised location. Near amenity. A little old but at least they are renovating. The location is very centralised with lots of amenities and good food abound if you know how to find them. Ask the locals and they will direct you. Locate next to the esplanade facing South China Sea. Beautiful sunset walk. In the morning one can just walk to the central market to see the locals do marketing.

The hotel was undergoing some renovation and we stayed in a room that was obviously not yet renovated because some fixtures need to be upgraded. The location is perfect because it's at the heart of the city and beside a big mall.very easy to go around and shopping or eating.
hotel staff is very friendly and greatly helpful.
