i had two connected rooms and the seaview from rooms are amazing. staffs are nice n responsible whenever u need their assistant from room. toilet is big and clean. water pressure is satisfied. swimming pool is small. buffet breakfast is lack of selection.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kota Kinabalu very much.Very convenient for shopping at the adjoining shops, or just the buzz of being in this hotel and city, near the waterfront and markets, restaurants etc. Nice pool, spa, tours can be booked.Rooms comfortable and large, full amenities for all our needs. Staff helpful at all times to us.
