location is very good.. can walk to waterfront just around 7 mins. the quality is also very good and In.
the entrance is in the shopping mall, a bit difficult to find.
The price and the location in kota kinabalu is very good, convienent to find place to have meal and shopping... also the room quality is very good.. the staffs are very nice too.. it's not far to go to waterfront and pier to tunku island as well... which is so cool, just a bit hard to find the entrance so it would be good if this can improve.

location is really good.
Luggages can keep in the hotel after checked out.
my rooom is a superior room already, but the 'see view' is just better than nothing. Even the see view in 'Capital Hotel' which is opposite to 'Wisma Sabah', is more beautiful~!
The bed is too short. The water pressure is worse than on mountain Kinabalu~!
The room price is too high with these poor quality~!
I don't know what was the problem in the flushing system of the toilet, it makes noise all the night......
I will not choose this hotel if I will visit Sabah again.
As KK is so small, I 'd rather stay in hotels near Hyatt , which are cheaper and in better quality, like Daya hotel and capital hotel. Also, the area there got many good things to eat~!

Pleasant room & the receptionist is friendly.
The only problem i have is the toilet flush is not working.
I actually like the location of the hotel where the shopping center is just a walking distance which i can save on transport. Front desk is friendly which i like and overall no complain.
