location- Accessible to malls,restaurant, tourist destinations, airport, etc.
people- friendly, accommodating and prompt to assist our needs

we need to transfer rooms thrice when we extended our stay instead of allowing us to use the same room. One of the reasons we enjoyed our stay in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia was the hotel. Employees were so friendly, courteous and accommodating. Gloria and Marina, two of the receptionists at the hotel gave us maps and thought us how to go to places and the cab rate. Great help! Location of the hotel is very accessible to airport, restaurants, malls and tourist destinations. Hotel rooms were very clean and cozy. We will definitely stay in the same hotel when we come back at Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. Highly recommended!
Restaurant Tip : Just across the hotel is city mall where you can find Mcdonalds and KFC. In the same mall is Uncle Bob food station where you can try sumptuous spicy chicken burger and hotdogs.

perfect location in warisan square, easy access to the beachfront. affordable price. we borrowed a lan cable from the reception, but it was broken, and they don't have any spare for us. the best thing about this hotel is location, and affordable price. it's close to everything, be it eateries, and only 10 mins from the airport. in order to get to 1borneo, we can easily get free tickets to ride on the shuttle bus which runs every hour. the decor of the rooms are modern and comtemporary. checkin in was a breeze!!

good location and the room is clean,staff is nice with good attitude. the facility in bathroom can be better. choose this hotle would make your trip in KK more convenient,it quite near the water front and just 15min. walk to the ferry point, the night market is nearby, and room the clean and staff is quite nice.
