i really enjoyed my stay at this hotel anyway this was my third time staying in this hotel it going from good to better. what i really like about staying here is the location of the hotel is in the middle of everything i.e. shopping malls, food haven and nice city and sea view. the room was also very spacious.

this hotel location very centre,easy to go around .taxi services available infront of the hotel.nearby can find 24 hours convenient store and foot and body massage & spa.the room quite spacious,attached with inside bathroom,full screen television and the room is very clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
while stay in kota kinabalu,sabah you can visit one borneo shopping mall which is the biggest mall in east malaysia.other places of interest like climb mount sabah,island such as pulau sipadan in kudat,tawau.you can enjoy fresh seafood at most famous restaurants.not forget to visit yayasan sabah complex and philippines only local market sell their local products.also souvenior and kadazan local natives handicrafts made available.

no choice but to stay in a smoking roome

Disappointing, we were given a smoking room and were told there were no non smoking rooms available, it was like sleeping in a night club. Also toilet leaked/didn't flush and there were no towels in room.

The good thing is the room is spacious and in a very good location. It is convenient to go everywhere in town. There are big shopping malls nearby and easy to get to Philippine market and some seafood restaurants.

The room is cozy and fine but the sliding door of the shower room does not close easily.
Generally, staff in the hotel should be trained to smile more and more welcoming to guests.

This hotel is located near to many shopping mall where u can get around by walking. Waterfront is just around the block where you can hang out for nightlife and clubbing within walking distance.

Its comfortable to stay but there are few things which need improvement such as the house keeping,bad smell of cigar upon check-in and food need more varieties.

It is a very nice hotel with sea view and reasonable price. The size of the room is big and comfortable. But there is no wifi @room.The breakfast is just fine, not worth to spend time on it since KK city has many decisious food.
