Covenient location in center of KK
The best feature of this hotel is its location. For those wanting to stay in town of KK, it's very convenient.

Hotel is very conveniently located in city centre. It's good value for money for those planning trips around KK as tour operators can easily arrange pick up. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious and comfortable. Do not expect luxury but in fact, you are not paying for luxury. Like I've stated, good value for money.

We checked in at midnight
It is situated right in town and very convenience to have breakfast , lunch and dinner . Also there is a 24 hrs Macdonald outlet nearby.It is clean and room big enough.A new outlet 1 Borneo shopping centre could be assess by free shuttle bus and the bus stop is just outside the hotel

This is a relatively new hotel located right in the heart of the city. All the facilities are close by.

This is a relatively new hotel located right in the heart of the city. It is a high rise building located inside a shopping complex. The fittings are modern and stylish. There is a huge shopping center next door. There are shops, restaurants, massage centers located within the same building as the hotel.
I was given the room without breakfast. You can have breakfast at the hotel at 15 Ringits per day. The breakfast is quite satisfactory.
The hotel does not have a swimming pool or a gym. It can be a problem for some.
As the hotel is located in the heart of the city, it is very busy around the hotel all the time. There are restaurants along the harbor area. There is an open sewer near those restaurants, which gave a bad smell.
This is a relatively cheap hotel and I can recommend it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Mount Kinabalu and hot water springs are a must if you visit Sabah. Can organize it from a travel agent located at the next door shopping center.

Hotel is very new and great room..but..
I think the hotel room is quite perfect as so new...I got very high floor that I can see the sea view!!! I like al in the room.

I would recommend guest or friend to stay in this hotel as very new/clean hotel. Best one is it very convenience as many shopping centers or restaurants around the hotel. I were very lucky that I stayed there during weekend...that's made me found the night market to have a fresh seafood BBQ with the reasonable price. I also like the way of their selling fish at the market in malay language.
Infuture if I have chance to visit Kotakinabalu again...I will book this hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel is near to tha sea...in the evening can go down to see the nice sun set...also we can take sea food at the market near be...specially in sat/sunday.

The room was very nicely decorated and the hotel was very new too. It was clean and also had a nice view of the lake area where there are many restaurants and bars there. Only breakfast was not that good, but for the price its definitely very good value. Service was also good.

Convinient place in City central
Major Shopping Centers are located just next door of hotel or walking distance. Its very convenient to walk around without cab. Easy to find eating place.

Great value for money. Location was close to the Filipino market,near center point mall and pier with great eating places.
We stayed in room 928, a standard deluxe. Good view, partial seaview and the town. Room was really big and clean with a safe. Big bathroom with rain shower, unlike other reviews we had no problems with the hot water.
We noticed a few ants near the TV but it wasn't a big deal.
Nice sunset view from the 10th floor restaurant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Lok Kawi Wildlife Reserve was pretty good.
Monosopiad Cultural Village, not worth visiting... seemed a bit too staged. Not much to see and the show was a bit cheesy.

However some improvement need to be done on the Bathroom draining system. I am having difficulty to drain out the water splash from the bath tub. Overall is a statified stay and I would recommend to my friends...

Unforgettable KK Trip
This hotel is located right at the central of KK waterfront. Just write opposite shooping mall and wawasan square, restaurant & shop are everywhere.

I like the spacious room and the design. The room design was unexpected great and new, compare with the impression I ahve with the hotel lobby.. A great hotel to stay and reasonable room rate as well.. :)
