The hotel room is quite big and nicely designed with affordable price paid. However, the location is not so strategic, only recommend for travelers with car. There are 24 hours convinient shop near by, and food cafe as well. However, choices are limited. It is a good location for nightlife folks with few clubs and pubs there.

Great location, abundant car park

had a 3 night stay in this hotel. the good thing is the location is strategic, near to harbour city where there are a lot of restaurant to choose, just 5 minute drive to town center. a nice place to stay if you have your own car. there is a lot of car park space which cost only rm 2 per entry. there is also an underground car park which connected to the hotel directly via lift.
the bad thing is the service is not that nice. room service did not replace my wet towel with a new one. the television has limkted channels, the toilet pipe is broken causing flood in the toilet everytime i use it. the room has cigarette stench even though i requested for a non smoking room.
Shopping Tip:
If you want to go shopping and not just stay and relax in the room, well maybe this hotel is enough for u.

Not recommended
spacious dimly lighted room, small bathroom and corridor dimly lighted, spooky..,

hotel manager not very courteous when addressing airport transfer issue, chose to speak english as though he is of higher class, overheard hotel prado driver commented to hotel van driver behind our bank that we ( as paying hotel guests ) are " country people ".

Very noise from internal and external, where can hear the plane flying off as it's too near to the airport. Beside that the pub goer make lots of noise where disturb our sleep till 4 am on Friday night. No sound proof where can hear the phone ringing few rooms away.

New hotel which needs proper maintainence

The hotel rooms are above commercial shoplots. Receptionist on the ground floor was friendly and checking in was a breeze. However, upon entering the room. I quickly opened the windows and aired the room as best as I can. Took a shower and noticed the soap was not fragrant at all. It had a strong stench. Had to hold my breath when showering because the soap smell was so awful and piercing to my nose. As I brushed my teeth, I noticed the decorative wood on the side of the toilet mirror peeling. Not very nice to look at since I consider this hotel as astill new.
Coming out of the shower, I still noticed the vomit and alcohol smell still lingering in the air, but lesser. It became tolerable. Other than that the room was nice, pleasant, good romantic lighting, spacious and quite classy.

clean room, nice and convenient location, price is just right,near the city center, friendly staff,

the hotel is nice, with clean rooms and modern facilities. we stayed in a non-smoking room or floor but the extra bed provided to us smelled of cigarrettes. location is also good because it is near the city, around 5 minutes of taxi or shuttle bus ride only.. the hotel also provided a free shuttle bus going to the city which is very convenient.. there are a lot of restaurants in the area and a 24 hours store behind the hotel.

It was very reasonable price and belong our expectations. There is a small supermarket and bars around so you can get you need. It was a present stay for all of us.

This is my second time visiting the hotel and this time I bring a friend. Both of us enjoy the clean and comfortable service of the hotel.
We love the location of the hotel as it is not at the town center so it is quite and we are able to relax.

Not the sort of hotel that i would recommend for long stay. Services below my expectation, example my morning-call was missed and my request to book a taxi for my early morning departure to airport was not fulfil.
