Clean and lovely hotel

no filling forms required, just give yr hp no. friendly staff. clean room. but bath towels looks old and are high time to change. 4days 3 nites stay, 2 days were using torn towels.
Shopping Tip:
Just across the road Wisma Merdeka Shooping Mall and food courts. To the right home cook restaurant. Further down the famous Little Italy.

standard hotel with a good location

average hotel with clean room. not impressed with the service. Receptionist cant very professional and I needed to ask them a good few times in order for them to answer my response. In the middle of the nite someone knocked my door say they have new toilet paper for my room. Noone help with the luaggage , staffs just sit there in the sofa using their phones or staring at me moving my luggage myself. But its not expensive so its a fair choice if u wanna stay in the city.

It's a nice, cosy hotel on a busy street in Kota Kinabalu town center. Room was not too big, nor too small, just fine for a single traveller. Also, very clean and in good shape. One big drawback was thet they don't have wifi internet. They also don't serve breakfast. Another peculiarity was that room's walk in price was significantly lower compared to Agoda's one.
Restaurant Tip:
Short walk towards beachwalk will lead you to either decent and moderately priced steakhouse (Texas) or if you prefer fresh seafood, to open house night hawker center. Enjoy!

"Great Location but small rooms"

This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The rooms is clean and provide me with the basic needs. The staff always serve with a smile which already make your day.
Its is located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu where you can access to all facilities such as shopping, eateries, pub, transportations, etc..
Strongly recommeded to friend who plan a trip to K.K.

We have booked 3 rooms in total but only 2 rooms are reserved. Luckily, they got a spare room so can quickly arrange another room for us but on a different floor. Staff were not that friendly, and seem to be impatient when asking about the service/direction.
It is located on the main road, so rather difficult to find parking space nearby. Great location with convenience shop, bars, restaurants and body massage right next to the hotel. Rooms are clean but small. Overall it was okay, but I think you can easily get a better service with similar price.
