Walking distane to wet and night market, people on the island is friendly, no baggers, or thieives around and that was the most comfortable thing of all... Be careful when visiting Kula Lumpur, thieives come in group surrounds you and stripe you of everything, it happened to me few steps from the hotel I stayed in, lucky I had my passport kept in hotel safe and only took small amount of money with me... Police in Kula Lumpur just stands around and watches people get robbed or flighting. They are useless... Kota Kinabalu is difference, very peaceful I found...
Hotel Feature Tip:
One tip for anyone, no need to take an expensive cab to or from the airport, there is a LCTT public bus station near the downtown area and at the airport, 2 MYR/person...

apartment with 3 rooms. at the heart of kota kinabalu city, walking distance to jetty for island hoping, airport, and to the all local wet-markets and several shopping centres. easy to get for food and other convenient stores too.

This is our second stay on this hotel. The main important that we choose on this hotel again is the place is very clean and well maintained. My grand sons were very enjoy stay here with the kids pool and the big swimming pool and even the astro channel have the cartoon channels for them to watch.
The basic cooking utensils which is very useful for us to cook for our family. We have good time here! Will stay again in future.

A hotel with big rooms good for family lodging. Its has good facilities i.e kitchen for you to do light cooking, fridge and washing machine where we were able to wash our dirty linens. a parking lot/space is available for our rented vehicle and with easy access card.
The hotel location is very strategic where it is walking distance from the KK city centre for you to get anything anytime you want.
