large property & loud rooms Large hotel with lots to do if you are looking for it - horseback riding, pool, spa, beach massages, beach, transportation desk, shops, multiple restaurants & activities for kids. Rooms are nice but don't have a great view of the beach because of the plants. They are not quiet either - you can hear people coming & going from the hallway & we had kids that ran out there screaming & yelling all day. They have room service & mini fridges in the rooms which is good. The free breakfast would hold us until dinner. The wine was terrible but the beach massage was the best!
Shopping Tip : 1 Borneo was close by but not worth the trip! A cab would have been cheaper than taking their shuttle bus to this location.

Lovely setting - amidst nature and the overall ambience is rustic.
Facilities are quite comprehensive.
Beach is 4km long and wonderfully pristine and clean. Did not encounter anything I disliked. We loved the natural and relaxed setting of the entire resort. We stayed at a Deluxe Room at the Ocean Wing and the room was spacious and breezy. The amenities were excellent.
Breakfast spread is satisfactory.
Overall we had a great stay at this resort. Looking forward to coming back sometime in the future.
Travel tip : You must be prepared to travel about 30 minutes to the town centre if you want to stay at this resort.

The resort is very large. The hotel is very clean and the environment is great. Staff is helpful and polite. It is too far away from the city. You must have dinner at the hotel. The room is very large and clean. Food is not bad. The is a Sunset Bar aside the beach. It is a very nice restaurant to have dinner over there.
The hotel environment is very good. There is a private long beach. However, the beach is not suitable for swimming because it is not so clean.
