Nexus is the resort I wanted to go starting from 2005. I'm glad that my husband agreed to me that we have our honeymoon here. I love the special building design, hotel activities. You can breath fresh air here. Moreover, the Malaysian restaurant here is great.

Nexus is really a special and relaxing resort.

I spent 3D2N in Nexus. The traffic is not so unconvenient as people often says because they have shuttle bus from city centre to Nexus directly by hours. The beach is very good+ to me. Beautiful sea, soft sand...very comfortable. And the swimming pool is very clean. More, you can hear the voice of sea in your room.

Kind of food, no sunset because of the position.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It's better to choose the level higher than 4th, cause the tree in Nexus is very high.

I'm satisfied with my staying in Nexus. It's a pity that Nexus is not a good place to see sunset because of it's location. But the beach is very good. Soft sand makes you feel like walking on carpet. Sea is better to surf. Breakfast is very good. I like the reception because of their kindness. If you go to KK, stay in Nexus anyway even if only one night!

This is a good place with the private beach and free use of the sport equipment like football, swimming pool, tennis, table tennis and beach volleyball. You can enjoy your time with the sunshine on the beach. But you only can choose the international or the India food for your lunch and dinner, but the buffet of the breakfast is quite good. It is not convenient if you want to go the city center, the hotel shuttle bus may cost you RM 25 about 45 min. for single trip.

This hotel have a good beach. Many free use sport item.

Only have India and international choice for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Long way if you want to go to the down town.

• Shopping Tip : It is famous for the sea pearl of Kota Kinabalu. You can buy them in the market near the passenger port. Only RM 50 for per high quality pearl bangle. In this market you can find many delicious fruits with very cheap prices, only RM 5 for the small box of the packaged one.

You may like this place to spend your vacation. You can swim in the sea or in the swimming pool. We may also play a lot of sports like football, tennis, table tennis and beach volleyball. But only the India and international food can be chose for the lunch and dinner. But the buffet of the breakfast is very good.

• Restaurant Tip : If you want the Chinese food you can go to the center point and find a lot of Hong Kong food restaurant.

This is a good place with the sunshine and white beach. You can spend your vacation here. If you like sports you can use the free football, volleyball, swimming pool and tennis. But there are less choice of the taste for the lunch and dinner, but you may enjoy the good buffet breakfast. Based on the location, you may cost RM25 and 45 min. to take the hotel shuttle bus to the city center.

We have spent a great time at Nexus. We are welcomed by a great team of staff. Everyone there are brilliant. They are so helpful and always with a sunshine smile on their face. The hotel facilities are great, especially the 6km beach with fine sand and clear water. We love this hotel and would not choose any other hotels in that area.

Worse than I expected Guest Rating: 1.5

I had to change my room due to bad smell caused by thier pump problem. But, it took three hours. I had to use three hours to argue with a manager. If you want to go to this hotel from KK or airport by taxi, you have to pay about $25 and an hour per one way trip( too far). And, there is no shuttle bus ticket for one way. Food of room service is too bad, it was too salty, but chichen wing is pretty good as an accompaniment of beer.

The Reception service was very friendly but very slow. The reception girl needs to consult with other colleagues for each question. The room are very nice and clean. Bathroom is well maintained. All the restaurants and buffets in the hotel are very very good. We have tried them all and we have never been disapointed. Even if we were not golf players, we have tried the golf package for beginner and we really enjoyed it. The coach and personal was very helpful and patient. The leisure service is a bit slow, but very helpful. We have planned all our activities from this desk and everything was perfect.

Very good standard hotel with the appropriate service. Very nice Golf resort.
