Nice hotel rooms and great beach
Room furnishing are very new, good quality interiour with Jacuzzi and steambath. Private beach is very beautiful and clean.

I was initially very disappointed by the hotel reception service. We were there at 2pm on 24 Dec to check in, however the staff informed us that our 2 units of 2 Bedroom Spa Suite are not ready yet, so they let us stayed in a temporary 1 bedroom spa suite while waiting for our rooms to be ready. The hotel reception promised to inform us when the room is ready, but we waited until 4pm and no call from hotel reception. I tried to call the hotel reception for half an hour but couldn't get through, so at the end we have to drive back to the hotel reception to check out the room. When we were there, we were told that only 1 of the 2 bedroom spa suite is ready, and we have to check in to that room first. At about 5pm, we noted the second room is ready but no one informed us.
What is even more disappointing is that the linens at the second room were incomplete, there was only 1 set of towel (expected 4 sets) and that some of the items were missing like complimentary mineral waters, battery of the remote control to switch on aircon..... As I have previously indicated that I need a baby cot, I was quite surprise to learn that there is no baby cot available as the hotel only has 1 and that one has already been assigned to another room.
After all the hastle, we finally headed to the pool at around 6pm and I managed to speak to the Front Office Manager at the lobby and feedback about the poor customer service. The Front Office Manager, Faizi, promised to attend to our needs. And true enough, when we got back to hotel room, I received call from hotel reception and all the items required are promptly provided to us, including the baby cot!!
We really appreciate the prompt customer service!
Other than customer service, the place is actually a very good place for relaxation, very quiet and peaceful beach!

Great beach but resort needs renovation

Stayed in Borneo Garden view room for 2D1N. Room is facing garden and within walking distance to the beach and swimming pool. Guest towels are not available in the room therefore requested cleaner outside bring 2 sets for me. However, it took quite a long time apparently the cleaner listened my request but did not act on it but continued to clean other guest room. I cant wait and went to the cleaner's trolley and requested again only she gave it to me, without any apology. i asked why there were no towels the cleaner said maybe be in shortage, which i could hardly believe and i never experience it when stayed in other hotels before this. i would say that this room type needs to be upgraded as most furniture and fittings looks run down. The small (i think is 21") box tv should be at least changed to 32" flat screen LCD tv. There wasn't many channels available and most channel were not clear. Breakfast was fine with many choices. Pool is also fine. I would say The lobby and reception counter needs to be renovated too and it also looks run down. Despite the room issue, i enjoyed the long and clean beach and sea wave.

we stayed 1 night at 2 bedrooms spa suite. the rooms are spacious with wonderful seaview. sea sports such as jet skiing, kayaking, banana boat are only available at the other part of the resort but the shuttle service is quite regular. my girls enjoyed the 'banana boat' very much. peaceful and relax hotel great for family vacation.

We stayed at the Nexus Apartments. Saff is friendly and helpful. Good range of activities and programs such as squash, cycling, water sports, and local craft. Each day is packed with activity and there are many choices and variety to choose from. Beach is clean and calm enough for young children to play. Good Recomendation for Family who is looking for a valued for money vacation.

this resort is located away from kk about 1 hour away and far from restaurant and shops.
have to buy food from outside even not allowed to bring outside food coz its quite expensive for room service.
beautiful villa interior with pool but it less attractive landscape and this resort only suitable to rest and away from busy city. food in the restaurant was too little and tasteless and no nasi lemak.
there is kitchen but was not allowed to cook unless stayed for more than 30 days.for main lobby which is quite old but its happening.

It is a very nice hotel with great surroundings, beautiful beach and rainforest. but a bit far from downtown, and expensive of expense.People were friendly and accommodations were great with our two teenagers. However, staff was nice but entire hotel not well maintained.The villa didn't have internet access and pool filter didn't run and wasn't cleaned regularly.And there is kitchen but was not allowed to cook
