The room is clean and big, really nice. The shuttle bus services is not enough, just provide at 1pm and 5pm. If missed, have to take taxi to hotel which costs RM50, it's quite expensive! This hotel is quite nice overall. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very big, and most importantly clean! I really love it. Also, the shuttle bus to town can be approached at shopping mall easily and it's well scheduled. I'm really happy with this!
But I suggest to provide the shuttle bus services not at 2 time intervals (1pm & 5pm) only. As you know flight from some airlines always delay, the shuttle bus cannot be caught easily. Just like me, I came out from the airport at 5:05pm and just missed the shuttle, I can only take the taxi and it costs RM50 (fixed price).

One year old - and showing its age.
The mall it is attached to - has yet to come alive - after a year. IF you like having your hotel attached to a mall - where nearly 1/4 of the shops are shuttered - this is your Hotel. If you like having your hotel in a part of town that is completly removed from all of the culture, food, and shopping that can make Malaysian cities so wonderful - then this is your Hotel. In other words - if you would rather NOT be in Malaysia at all - then this is your Mall (oops - I mean - Hotel).
Restaurant Tip : Do not eat at Jaws - in the mall!!

Nice and cosy hotel, no frills. Room is newly renovated, comfortable and quite big. We requested for a 'high floor, non smoking', they obliged. Lucky thing we brought our own toiletries. Stayed for 3 nites, pleasant stay. Now worry about food, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plenty of choice at the hypermall. If you are there just for R & R, you dont even have to go downtown. You can find everything at the Mall which is just next door! Spa, massage, Parkson...and many more.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a shuttle bus to town, run by the shopping mall.
