Strategically located for business convenience

It was just a 2 night stay for a business trip. My stay was comfortable and the ambience in the hotel was relaxing. If I have to visit that part of Kota Kinabalu again, I would choose this hotel although there are other hotels in the area.

We book a deluxe room but we have been upgraded to the Premier Room at 19 floor. A minimalis room decorated. Outside we can see a very good panoramic view from our window! But please take more care with small ants in the coffee / tea maker area.
This hotel has a direct access to the 1 Borneo Mall which have lots of resto to choose. Free scheduled shuttle bus is provided to the city center.

Overall, my family and I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Novotel Hotel, Kota Kinabalu. The room and hotel facilities are very good and its location is very conveniently located near the 1 Borneo Hypermall.

Overall, my family and I had a great time staying in the Novotel Hotel, Kota Kinabalu, which is situated adjacent to the 1 Borneo Hypermall. This makes travelling especially with young children much more convenient and relaxing.

This is a very good hotel in a very good location in town.
The hotel is in the best shopping mall which you can buy all the stuffs, even the ice-skating cloths and equipment. This hotel also provide good foods and drinks. I'll come again.

just next to the big shopping mall, you can buy things easily.
no chance to use the hotel facility as almost whole day outside for day tour.
the hotel room a bit old.

Wonderful experience. However was quite sad as the power did not stay on as we leave the room. My chargers were not charging and they will not issue 2nd room keys, even with a paid deposit.

stayed for 2 nights, it is good to have a big shopping centre & convenience store beside. i am satisfy about the breakfast variety & in room broadband with this reasonable price. it takes about half an hour from the hotel to the city centre & the transport cost is a little bit higher.
