A pleasant resort to relax and take part in activities. The attached Marina allowed easy access to watersports such as jet skis and the trips to the nearby islands were interesting for companions who had not taken part in snorkelling before. The hotel facilities were of a high standard and the staff were both friendly and efficent. As it was a local holiday so the pools were busy and at times noisy but having three pools to choose from allowed some "quiet" time.
The spa provided an excellent service and is highly recommended for both relaxing and stimulating treatments.
The sunsets were stunning especially with a cocktail or 2.
I would recommend this hotel to both families and couples
Location was very good with a free shuttle bus into the city on a regular basis.
The three pools gave oppotunity to relax in peace or be a part of a more lively "scene".
The fabulous sunset
Restaurants, often tables being cleared and rearranged around you, ie supper was interupted as staff moved tables around us in preperation for breakfasts!.
- Restaurant Tip : There are some excellent eating places in the city, try the Garden Seafood House near the airport for some excellent local fish .

It is very convenient. The hotel is very much near the airport and very close to the city center. It has its own ferry harbor to go to the island and free shuttle bus, free Internet in the room. We took the shuttle bus to go out for dinner every night and saved some taxi fee.
Beside the hotel swimming pool, we saw the most beautiful sunset in the world. We have enjoyed out holiday at Pacific.
It is very convenient. The hotel has its own ferry harbor and free shuttle bus, free Internet in the room. The breakfast is also nice.
There should be more flowers and green plants in the garden and the room service is a little slow.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The shuttle bus is very useful. Must book it earlier or it will be full.

We very much enjoyed our approximate week's stay at Sutera Harbor. It is a beautiful setting and the facility is well kept and maintained. We were pleased with the room and view and felt quite at home in the hotel. It's prime asset is probably the friendly, well-trained and efficient staff. They go beyond expectations to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. Any request for information or services was well taken care of in every case.
We are divers and enjoyed the fact that there is an excellent water recreation and dive company either through the hotel booking desk or just outside by the harbor. They were most helpful and willing to give information and advice about other diving destinations in Saba as well. We enjoyed our dive master and found him to be both friendly and knowledgable. The golf course, tennis courts and three large swimming pools provide recreation for those who enjoy those sports.
I would definitely recommend any of the three affiliated resorts in the Sutera Group. The company delivers good value at reasonable prices.
Nice facilities, excellent service, friendly efficient staff.
It would have been nice to have at least one restaurant/meal option that was in a more economical price range.
- Travel tip : A nice scenic walking path for daily exercise around the perimeter of the properties. Convenient free shuttle bus service into the shopping area of town.

It was outside of town, but the hotel provided hourly shuttle bus service to town.
- Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel is part of the more expensive Magellan Sutera Harbour. I personally preferred the Pacific Sutera Harbour as it's smaller. And you can use the facilities at the Magellan if you wish, which is 5 mins walking distance on the marina.

If you are not looking for a place close to the beach the resort is good. It has a nice swiming pool and is close to the marina where you can get on boat to tour the islands near Kota- my advice is to visit Sapi Island. At the town visit the handicraft market and the Wawasan Plaza.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Can also use the sister hotel which has more pools, restaurants, etc. but we never felt the need to move from our hotel.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Ask for a room with a balcony.

This resort was lovely and guests will have plenty to do and can have a wonderful holiday without ever leaving the resort grounds.
- Shopping Tip : The night markets are more for locals than tourists and the shopping centres are not as good as KL.
