A very centralised location with amenities within walking distance The swimming pool is small and not well located. The hotel is situated in a centralised location and facing the waterfront. It's within walking distance to shopping centres, tourist spots and eateries. An ideal place to stay. We enjoy the breakfast which has a wide-spread to cater for asian and western guests. The service staff are friendly and helpful when asked for advice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

new renovated lobby and new ballromm bring the hotel ambiance to next level furniture still remain old one overall very happy to stay at this promenade hotel and will still comeback to stay at this hotel, because of the easy access to kota kinabalu business area, food and souvenir shop, got convenience shop just behind the hotel really helpful on finding some grocery
