Great location hotel in KK city

It is a good hotel with great location in KK city. It is near to all entertainment place and shopping mall such as CentrePoint and Suria Sabah. But the room is a bit old fashion with old shower fitting and etc(as the hotel has been there for a while. But generally it is a great place to stay in KK.

during our stay, there were some renovation done so there's a constant knocking here and there. the pool were also out of order. however location is great. walking distance to philippines market and other makan places. ours is also facing the sea...nice view

i travel to sabah regularly. my assistant will sure book the same hotel, no need to ask.
i have only a comment. hope the hotel can improve the breakfast menu.

hotel with friendly reception staff. easy excess for business travellers or leisure. convenient for meals at surrounding hotel area. room size are aceptable but bathroom amenities can be improved further. simple buffet brekfast spread but enough to fill up your stomach.

Hotel location is convenient to access to major places especially for business traveller. My point of staying at Promenade Hotel was near to my clients office which makes my trip convenient and save travelling time to attend to clients. Within 30 minutes to airport. Room size and cleanliness was good too.With friendly and helpfull hotel staff.

The room looks old and hasn't changed much since I last stayed there in 2009. The bathroom tiles look old and yellowish
Defintiely in need of a renovation and not worth the price. I don't mind paying for the comfort and space.
Restaurant Tip:
make the effort to go to the Italy Kitchen, a restaurant that serves very authentic Italian food.
