Nice Rooms and Good Buffet

The room was ok and the staff was quick in facilitating out check-in. But the rate we paid excluded breakfast. And the internet connection isn't free.

the location of the hotel is very good,it's efficient to go to the centre of the city.But,the facility in the room is ok,but the deconrate is quite old,it's better to renew the room's deconrate.
Restaurant Tip:
the location of hotel is very near to go to have a seafood meal.

the hotel have a great location which is very convenient to shopping mall, restaurant, pub and bistro, airport... how u can find another hotel like this !? haha :)
the only thing to concern is the hotel have quite number of years, should be upgrade some facilities inside the hotel and room , thanks !!!

overall promenade kk is reasonable for couples and business traveller. location was not so convenient for local’s food outlets. it is near to shopping mall and next to nice seafood restaurant. there are numbers of spas and reflexology centres. prices reasonable at rm per hour

Lovely waterfront hotel with affordable rates
Location and view excellent, rooms clean and cosy

Location excellent, just out of busy waterfront street and malls, but still close enough to walk to markets, shops and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff, even umbrellas available at RM20 deposit when needed for a downpour. Rooms have lovely baywindow with excellent view, even the view to the back streets is not so bad. This was our second stay at Promenade, will go there again.
Travel tip:
Parking available if you arrive early.
