those who stay at upper floor are very noisy. the way they walk around are like stepping hard on the floor. tv is small. carpet has smell of mould. should have air purifier to have better air circulation especially for those are having asthma. cleaners should check if those plastic bag like laundry, sanitary bag, shower cap have been used, should be replaced during housekeeping.
Shopping Tip:
McDonald is at downstair, convenience for those who need supper

Convenient place to stay and in a strategic location from city centre. However lobby is a bit small to cater for bigger crowd capacity and the room service is a bit slow as only able to check into room around 3pm (after asking few times and lastly they need to change me to another room) Other words services need to be upgrade.

Great location and it is near the city centre. Just a short distance away to the water front and local market. Convenient to walk around. Suggest to walk rather than use car.

The room is worth staying for the price we live, but outside the room, feel like unsecured because other tenant live in the apartment. The area is kind of dirty and the lift is old, sound noisy. The front desk service not very friendly beside these, it's ok to stay.

the location is good and it is easy to go to kk ferry and then can go to island very easily, the room is big but the light is not very sharp.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Firefly trip and Tiga island and Sapi island and Manutik island is good for snokelling

the studio suite is spacious and comfortable. the hotel is about 10 mins walk to centerpoint mall and about 15 mins walk to the filipino market. the staff are friendly and i enjoyed my stay.

Great location to stay, near shopping complex such as Wawasan Plaza, Center Point and Warisan Square, You can see visit Philippine Market 800 meter from the hotel apartment, If you love a night life next to Philippine market is Karaoke and disco club.
Even the room quite old fashion, i think still worth to stay

bathroom is typical malaysian style, shower, sink, toilet all in a room without any divider, so after shower, your bathroom floor is all wet. no internet access available. the area is very convenient to shops, restaurants and shopping mall.
