I stayed in the family suite. The room was very big. Housekeeping was done everyday. the apartment is just walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants and fastfood restaurants.

Room alright but far away from the reception area. Hotel personnels very friendly. Reception area not fully equip - town maps, magazine and newpapers.
Rooms is far away and security is laxed. Anybody can enter the lift without checking by the security personnels.
Walking distance to many major shopping center and food outlet for dinner and breakfast.
Shopping Tip:
Have lots of things to buy and see in the night market and seafood stalls

hotel rooms are not properly upkeep. on entering there was a very strong musky smell which only went away after having the air con on for a while. directions to the rooms are very minimal and can easily get lost along the many corridors.

great location. large and spacious room. can easily walk to shopping and eating places. quiet and safe location. several convenience stores a few meters from lobby. several restaurants near the apartment complex. varied types of cuisine near the apartment. cleaning service available upon request. helpful staff.

Bella restaurant at the Jesselton Hotel has excellent lunch and dinner specials

I was a bit surprised that the room was located on a different block from the lobby. The access to room was a through a sleazy area.
