Comfortable, value for money but don't expect three star hotel service. This is more of an apartment style stay, where facilities are available downstairs. Lots of dining places available downstairs, but don't opt for the the Indian restaurants as my friends saw some unhygienic practices and food handling there.

Convenient location, walking distance to KK Waterfront, convenient stores and even a McDonald's outlet

Our stay was satisfactory. It is a no frills family suite with standard tea and coffee making facilities in the room. On the plus side, there are many local restaurants nearby and for the less adventurous, there's a McDonald's outlet nearby too.

Consider OK But the customer service is not up to standard. We tried calling the front desk for hair dryer but no one is picking up the call. There is no soap/ shower gel provided for the guests. It is quite hard to find and the parking area is not easy to find. We were trapped in the car park for quite some time. But good thing is the parking fee free of charge for guests.
