Tiny Room at Good Location Guest Rating: 2.7

There was no sign of the hotel at the street, not easy to find the entrance. And the elevators are shared by the malls and parking lots at the same building. The hotel seems to get its name changed, Agoda may need to update this. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It is just nice for a couple, but do not try to add the extra bed. And book the deluxe it is better.

The Imperial is best position in KK, being in the middle of restaurants, bars, shopping and great ice cream shops. The water view rooms are best and though smallish are clean, comfortable and modern. The staff are very helpful and the wifi works well in the lobby, which is not the case in another hotel at 1Borneo. The Waterfront in front of the hotel is great with lots of restaurants and bars including seafood. Our favorites are Aesha Corner Malay Restaurant and Aussie Barbecue and Bar on either side of the Shamrock Irish Bar.

Best position in KK, next to waterfront bars and restaurants, convenient to everything. Room smallish but clean and modern. Staff very helpful. Good wifi in lobby. Water view rooms are the best.

Even the room was a bit small, the stay was ok. Short business trip will be ok but for a family stay will be a problem on the room size. No space for extra bed.The location is good, with many food places to go and shopping area is just walking distance.

It's my first visit to Kota Kinabalu and the choice of hotel was perfect in terms of location and amenities. Hotel staff were polite and helpful.. I would not hesitate to stay there again and have no qualms about recommending it to others.

Location is fantastic for eating, shopping and getting around (bus terminal within 5 min walk). Furnishing in the room is very modern and looks new.

No signboard outside the building. Hotel signboard is only in the lift lobby of the shopping center. Hard to locate for first-timers.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sunday Market at Gaya Street.

I am so satisfied with the stay in Radius Hotel International Waterfront Kota Kinabalu with the convenient on-line booking through Agoda. It saved time and effort. As this was the first time I made room reservation through internet, I appreciate the Agoda staff who solve my problems and give immediate response which lessen my hesitation. Keep up the super excellent job!

All the staff hotel are very friendly and the hotel service also very good.

Add more extra amenities at the toilet. Such as soap bar and etc. and also, please put a signboard hotel outside of the building. As a first timer visitor, it's quite difficult to me to find the hotel.

• Shopping Tip : Near the shopping complex and no need to go far to shopping.

Overall, I think the hotel is worthy to stay. Although the hotel is small, room is small. Its location is good, next to Centre Point. There is wireless in the room, and if you book superior room, there is a window with sea view. You can book traveling packages in the hotel lobby. Most important, it is cheap.

Really enjoyed the stay in the deluxe room, spacious and clean with an amazing view of the sea! I extended my stay and had to change the room because the deluxe rooms were all occupied. Unfortunately the standard room weren't as big, neither was the view that special. Worst thing was the ant problem I had in the room!
