I am satisfied with this apartment hotel because it is convenient being located within the shopping complex for both shopping and food. You can cook and wash clothing also which are extra added convenience.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The apartment comes with all the basic amenities of your house where you can cook and wash although you need to buy food stuff and detergent.

definitely will stay here again. The sofa is a bit worn out though.and the towels are cheap hotel standards. But it offers convenience in terms of location. It'd be good if they could provide microwave.

Upon arriving at the location, we were greeted with warm smiles and extra friendly service. There were reserved parking spots for our cars and the site was safe, even for a not-so-modern apartment. Rooms were clean and they have housekeeping service as well in the morning. However, no internet connection! Overall, it was a pleasant weekend stay. Thank you, all! Would like to stay there again soon.

we choose to staying here is just cause about 1borneo shopping mall is link,just walk few step to the mall..stay here not like hotel,is a residence apartment.u need to use personal phone to call of any request u need.the staff is helping.even i check in very late at night.is just like home to stay,but tv channel very less.my room view face of swimming pool,my kid feel fresh early the morning.we ll try to choose stay bk here,unless the other hotel is full.only the sofa is old n dirty,must change it soon.

the apartment is located on the one borneo whooping center. cooking utility, utensil, washing machine, parking space is provided . good for 6-8 pax. room service is provided, the view is marvelous. for family having children, they can use the swimming pool. over all my stay is a++.. highly recomended.

The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. It's just above the 1B shopping mall which is definitely a selling point for me. I also like the swimming pool.
