the room is clean and big. but some furniture is quite old in age. but i like the hotel restaurant the most, it serve a delicious food. but this hotel location is quite isolated from others restaurant or shop.
Restaurant Tip:
nearby dont have restaurant, so we only can have our dinner or supper in the hotel

Quite old Hotel and service quiet slow and bad

Quite a dissapointed Hotel to stay. We have check in and the hotel room is very dusty and very dirty. I had ask to change the room and also have a same problem and we decided to stay and not to change the room because is almost the same . I think should not be 4 star but 1 star hotel or no star at all . Very bad service and very dirty and dusty and not worth to book or check in to this hotel.

this is the second time staying in the hotel and i am happy with the room's condition. although the room is a bit old but overall is still in clean and good condition. i especially love the bed as it is big and comfortable. at night i went down to the lounge to have a drink with my friend but we find the sound system too loud to the point we almost gone deaf. however the singer were really friendly and entertaining. will definitely come back again.

The photos on the website were definitely not what I saw when I arrived. It was once a very grand hotel, I'm sure but the hotel was not properly maintained.
They upgraded me to a bigger room but the room had a musky stench.

Enjoyed my stay. Friendly service minded staff, able to organize request on a short notice. Clean rooms. Location a little bit off center but still walking distance. Good internet connection. Sauna and gym was good. the pool area was smaller than expected. Breakfast buffe was okay. All over a price wise choice when visiting Kota Kinabalu.

Clean hotel. Very good spread of buffet breakfast which varies everyday. Located a the southern edge of the city centre - takes approximately a 10-15min walk to reach the main shopping district. Pleasant staff. Free wifi available for those who need and internet fix! Small pool. Not very impressed with the pool changing room / sauna though - could be cleaner I feel. Individually controlled air conditioning in each room plus a ceiling fan to combat the hot and humid weather in Kota Kinabalu!

Great Hotel

We stay for 1 night at the Beverly Hotel, in a suite room. It was a wonderful experience for us, the room is so big with nice decoration and view, and its really exceed our expectation. We love the hotel and it is so convinient access to those shopping center, with all the shops ans restaurant surrounding, we would like to say "Wow".
