All staff gave us nice smile and welcome and also hotel facility also good. I felt slow check in process and House keeping staff forget one thing every day to put in my room ( bath robe, bath mat, etc) but may be this period was too busy (Japan and China were holiday)...... Over all, we really enjoyed stay, unfortunately we could not see beatiful perfect sunset but there is bar it called " Sunset bar", we enjoyed sunset and drink. I am sure that Hotel was having high occupancy but very quiet.

Good sized room that is serviced twice a day. The service was fantastic and all staff were friendly. The pool was good and all the surrounds were clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices! No ATM on site and the drinks and there are only a few restaurants serving meals which can be quite pricey. We arrived to very friendly staff and were able to check-in straight away. The room was of a reasonable size and was clean and well maintained. The hotel facilities were great and the pool and surrounding grounds were idillic.
There were plenty of activities to choose from even though we tended to just lie by the pool all day!
It was a very relaxing holiday, and although the rooms are quite pricey, it is worth the price!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a day trip to the surrounding islands

Attention to detail, Great food, great views, lots to do A bit pricy, a little removed from town My family had a fantastic stay here. And I'd love to go again! We splurged a little and moved to this hotel when our first was too small. It wa absolutely wonderful. Great restaurants, unbeatable views, very quiet and relaxing. If you have the money, it's a great place to come for a week and never have to leave (we had to leave to get cheaper meals from time to time!) The staff was unreal (a tribute to the hospitality that's part of the wonderful Malaysian cuture). They were helpful in every way and offered a good price on an upgrade to a suite with two rooms since it was the low season. Good pools, quality activities, and perks all around. (a taxi to town was $5 US each way, and about 8 minutes).
