Good location in KK for short stay

Did stay only one night, for some kind of "transit day". I believe its sufficient for KK; doing the night market and a few shoping. Much more activities are available out of town.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Islands off the coast of KK, particularly Sapi are a great day out.

Lovely Boutique Hotel

we stayed 3 nights in this hotel after exploring the trails of mount kinabalu. the room was ready for 3 of us when we arrived in the afternoon. the room was clean and size adequate for us. bath facilities was excellent. reception staff was helpful with transport inquiries and accomodating to our late check-out request. hotel location is excellent, within walking distance to various kk markets and shopping mall. gaya street sunday market was just outside the hotel!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Sabah Tourism Board is just a minute walk from the hotel

We had a great stay in the Jesselton Hotel. We climbed the Kinabula mountain and staying in the Jesselton Hotel afterwards was so welcome... the perfect place to have a rest and enjoy the comfort in this hotel.
