Staff is attentive and welcoming. There was a problem with the original room, which was solved swiftly by an appreciated upgrade. The hotel is child - friendly, with also some organized activities. The beach is rather small, but the ocean is all around: great views.

Interior or furniture was not bad. But it was noisy since the sound from lobby and next room comes out of it. It was nice to talk to Korean staff, took care of us well. Food was not good at all.. maybe personal thing but swimming pool... it was not cozy or large. just swiming pool. not very very nice one to those who go to swim often. I am just satisfied with one experience this time. not any more.

Directions
Exit to your left at the airport junction and proceed straight on Jalan Kapayan towards second traffic light next to the Horse race track. After second traffic lights proceed straight along the 'Sembulan' coastal highway where you will see wooden houses on stilts on your left hand side and high rise condominium on your right hand side. Before approaching the third traffic lights, turn left where you will see the junction to Sutera Harbour.
