enjoyable stay at this hotel, my son loved the pool very much.
played 2 rounds of golf in wet weather - still enjoyable.
room quite spacious even with the extra bed. staff generally polite and helpful.

Lovely resort location, superb staff

The stay was so nice I retuned a few days later (having missed the experience while at another hotel in a nearby city). I was treated like royalty both stays and will travel to enjoy the pacific and its staff again

Try the pools at each of the hotels on the property. The Sapi island shuttle and snorkeling equipment rental package was great and affordable @ 100 ringet

a very nice hotel, with very good service, located in the central of kk.
with their own shuttle bus, easily travel to down town. there are over 5 restaurant inside the hotel . the food are nice and not expensive.

We have always prefer to stay at Pacific Sutera whenever we visit Kota Kinabalu. However on this trip a few things I have noticed which is quite disappointing:
1) Korean tourist groups are loud and rude especially during breakfast. They would cut queues and make a mess of the breakfast buffet all the time. No offense to Koreans but I think this group of Korean tourists puts my Korean friends to shame.
2) Beds sag in the middle and you can feel the springs. Apparently most of the rooms are the same. Perhaps time for new beds?
3) Swimming pool quite filthy.

Great hotel, sweet pool and staff were excellent!

Spent 5 days staying in town before spending 5 days at the pacific sutera, with plans to relax and recharge. The hotel was perfect for this, very relaxing atmosphere, staff were very helpful and welcoming. The pool is amazing, could easily spend all day there, reading and enjoying a few drinks at the poolside bar.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out the Mari-Mari cultural village and Philipeano market

We were very happy with our stay at the Pacific Sutera. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed the tour of the islands (two islands)and snorkelling, and of course the North Borneo Railway, This was an experience, with interesting sights along the way, and good food supplied, all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not miss the fast boat trip to the islands, snorkelling and definitely do the North Borneo Railway tour. It is very interesting.

Great & Lovely Hotel

I book a Deluxe room for 2 nights, when i check-in, was told i been upgrade to junior suite. Have most of the facilities in the hotel, can stay whole day at the hotel itself. I enjoy my 2 days stay at this hotel.
