overall is good for the hotel. they did provided good services with a smile to the customers. but the wifi is only available in lobby hall. so people have to sit in lobby to enjoy it.i was stayed in the deluxe room with nice sea. it is definitely a good place for those who wanna take a short break and relax themselves.

overall experience is good. room is clean and a nice sea view. better than expected. though the "beach" is a bit small and i don't think anyone is going to swim there. the swimming pool is actually quite good. the staffs of this hotel are smart and efficient, and will deliver your request promptly.

Great location but the mattresses

Great location as I have stayed before at the magellan.
The mattresses are overused that gives you a sinking feeling.
Although request for room change finally met, the replacement room's mattress is no better.
No intention of returning and disappointed that this happened on the Club floor.
Overpriced and do not reflect the image of a Club floor rooms.

we only stayed one night in the pacific sutera. we love the seaview, the swimming pool, the beach and the yatch, all in all, we love the facilitiese here and had a great fun.the experience in here is good and will be back for sure!
