Nice view and Hotel a bit old.

it have an amazing view toward kk mountain and the room is quite ok and clean.
only thing that i feel not good enough is the food offer for buffer is less choice.

Nice view
Many swimming pools, convenient location and transport. The seaview and sunset is wonderful.

Nice in average. We can relax in the swimming pool. Some facilities may need to be repaired.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Water drop fron the Air conditioner at room, called the staff but no one come!

Great hotel with beautiful view

Very convenience because near to my business location. Will stay at the same hotel if go for the next visit.Price is bit expensive but overall it's value for the room , food and service provided.Will recommend to my business associates to stay here.
Room is clean and service is good.

Luxury with Nice View

The view is superb especially at night, good for those who wish to spend some romantic nights.
The buffet breakfast is good. Room is very clean and comfortable. And the staff is friendly and helpful.Swimming pool is great with special area for the children.Close to airport approximately 10 minutes if not traffic congestion.

Beautiful hotel and scenery

our room was not ready so we went to sit at lobby area and a staff asked if we want to order. we said no and we were only waiting for our room. she pointed us outside and asked us to sit at the chairs at the upper side. okay, there were only some 6 chairs provided there, and was occupied. the lobby seating was almost empty, so why so stingy? but what's worst is that, after a while, i saw few people sitting there (without any drinks order) and was even sleeping on the couch. why the discrimination?
room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and half-modern-half-traditional design. loved it! and what we loved most was the bed. we've been traveling a lot and by far this is the most comfortable bed ever!
breakfast buffet was great, there were a lot of varieties, and they had obviously served foods with the best quality. went to marina bar to had dinner while watching the sunset. however, the 'young coconut' served at the pool bar (that costs rm16) was not the best. it was actually 'old coconut'.
the one thing that disappoints me is that, after paying this much money to stay in this hotel, and was promised "all access to all sutera harbour facilities", we actually had to pay for all the facilities. all those tennis, squash, bowling, movies, etc are chargeable. i was fooled as i thought those are our benefits for staying in 5star hotel.
we took the island hopping service with the hotel, which was very convenient as we depart and arrive at the hotel itself. they even recognise and greet us by our name at manukan island.
overall, sutera harbour is beautiful and huge! i love the 2 private mini beaches. and the swimming pools are huge too. the scenery here is the best you can get in kk with the marina and the clear seawater.

We were upgraded to a suite as our seaview room was unavailable and my husband wanted to be changed from the golf course view. That room was lovely completely refurbished etc.
Unfortunately even though the suite was huge and had the ocean view it was aged and sadly all the walls were covered in what originally looked like black dust but on closer inspection and from the musty smell I think it may have been mould.
As the hotel was full and my husband had already changed rooms nice we decided to stay in this one I wish I had of insisted on being changed now.
Half price cakes in the lounge were lovely
Free wifi in obey area.
Shopping Tip:
Get a cab into the hypermall.

Swimming pools, shuttle service

You can enjoy the whole time inside the resort, hopping around 5 swimming pools, having famous dimsum, and enjoying mandarin spa. Compared to what I experienced in the downtown, I think I would definitely stay inside and be relaxed and enjoy more of the resort facilities next time.

great location & good service
great swimming pool for kids, nice sunset at hotel beach.

overall is satisfied with me, but one of our family aircond is not functioning well & we ask for assistant but we wait so long for the maintenance guy to come over to fix it.
staff is friendly and helpful, we have a fun at the swimming pool side and we enjoy the sunset at beach.
hope to stay there again in the future time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
manukan island, sapi island is place must go.
