Lovely Hotel with very helpful staff

A pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff were amazing. They helped you book tours, taxis and researched/rung around trying to accommodate solo traveler. There is a shuttle bus that runs into KK City Center for 3 ringgits. The room was huge with multiple non-smoking floors. Breakfast was great, lots of places to eat around the resort. The pool was a nice place to relax and small but quiet beach was a great area to watch the sunset. I would stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I would recommend booking a boat to one of the Islands and spend a day snorkeling and enjoying the sun (this can be done at the hotel).

the golf view room with sea view is very nice. the swimming pool and the beach are very beautiful. the service of the staff is very helpful. they let me to late check out to suit my schedule to airport. the hotel location is very near the airport and just take 10 min. to airport. i will come back if i go to kk again.

the room is very decent and clean with no signage of age. the swimming pool is also very nice but however due to the short trip i had, never able to have chance to try out. will sure continue to stay in this hotel if i go to kk again.
extra suprise was when we got back around 9ish to hotel, the cakes were in 50% discount :)
we have tried to take the airport shuttle to the city and walk to the hotel. it took us like 30min to walk... better take a cab from airport which only cost rm30
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
visit the zoo / snorkel or diving/ aquarium and try out the seafood in asia city!

pacific sutera is a nice hotel which you could find tourists from all over the world, major from asia like korea, hong kong, japan, china, etc. people are nice and they enjoy the relaxing time spending in this hotel. the mandara spa is awesome, the swimming pool is huge, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the food is tasty!
the sunset view must not be missed at 6-6:30pm which is exceptionally beautiful! you could try taking wonderful pictures at the swimming pool
btw, there is a seafood restaurant opposite the hotel in front of the main road. it's of great price and the quality of food is so great!

It was good but the hotel rooms need updating as our room was not as good as ithought it would be when your paying 5 star prices you want 5 star treatment i spent a lot of money in that hotel ours so a shame really also there was tiles missing in the pool which did'nt nice at all for a 5 star hotel.

Great location just 10 mins from the airport and 5 mins to the city center. The private pier which is shared with Magellan wing provide ferries to different islands which is very convenient for joining local tours.
The "beach" of the hotel which is nearby the pool is TINY, which is totally out of expectation coz you can't even swim there. However it would be great to enjoy sunset there. Great view by the sea and you can feed fish by the pier. Breakfast is splendid.

Note that Wi-fi is NOT available in hotel's room which is different from Agoda's information. You would either bring your own laptop for the wired network or spend your time at the hotel lobby in order to enjoy the Wi-fi service.
