First of all, three stars was way too much for a hotel without even a lift, second it is at the center of a very busy area, with no parking space at all for those who drive, third, it is over price for a hotel like that and lastly it stink literally!

The hotel is strategically located in heart of Kota Kinabalu. A lot of shop lot nearby and very convenience. Public transport to various location also available where a taxi station is just located at the back of hotel.

My stay was as expected. Guests who pay for the kind of price that this hotel asks should not expect much. With this hotel, you get what you pay for. I mainly wanted a bed to rest on after climbing Mt. Kinabalu. And I got what I wanted. That the staff were super-friendly and accommodating (one even spoke to me in Filipino) was a bonus. P.S. If you stay at this hotel for a similar purpose, ask for a room at the lower floors. Having just climbed Mt. Kinabalu, I found it very hard to go up and down the 3rd floor, where my room was located.
