it's budget hotel the room so small but clean.staff helpful.more suitable for backpackers as the hotel does not have a lift.no nearby place to eat or shop.difficult to get a taxi.

the room is pretty small and the receptionist is on the 2nd floor unexpected . My guess should be at ground floor or 1st floor at least so i do not need to carry my belonging traveling to so high floor.
After i got my room key and go toward my room at 1st floor , surprising the my room door is fully open. I am wonder anybody is hiding inside. After checking is fine , nobody in here.
I found number mosquito in the room because the window is not lock either.

nice rooms,beds ,customer services.this hotel eventhough rooms are small ,feels still comfortable to sleep.this hotel is nearby to giant,ikea,e curve ,the curve,ipc and tesco.less trafic.besides that i

walking distance to the shops and mall. Great choice of foodstall.
the room wall is not cool for its build with wood and you can hear the next room activities.
Shopping Tip:
CURVE and other shops are nearby the area. Shops are very accessible

this is not my first stay with 7 star boutique hotel. been staying with them since their soft opening.
i never had any problem last time. but this round, the sound frm the next door are quite loud.
very comfortable bed and friendly staffs ( well maybe cz he recognize me frm my previous stay).
pros:
1. ample parking downstairs
2. security indoor is good ( need car access to go in and cctv is all around)
cons :
1. the hotel is upstairs of a shoplot. you need to find a red small awning to locate it.
2. due to minimal shop open at this particular shoplot, its kinda dark if u were to go after 10pm. so be alert when you park your car and get down. so far i never had any problem with this but i would wanna highlight it as well.
Travel tip:
there are a lot watering holes nearby.
just ask where is Sunway Giza ( 10-15mins walking )

I have stay here for more then 3 times and is always happy to come back again. Value for money budget hotel with comfy beds.
Lots of eating places just across the road. 1 Utama shopping, the Curve and Ikeano is also very close.
