Good hotel with nice service

that was very nice and now i have a good remembrance of alpha genesis hotel. in addition, the hotel is very good for relaxation because of quiet environment.
Shopping Tip:
actually,alpha genesis is placed near city center and all the markets are very near to the hotel. i think that's the best prominence of the hotel besides the quiet environment.

the hotel located near famous shopping mall at bukit bintang so guest can just walk to the shopping mall to avoid traffic jam. the room was nice and tidy, and also got the free lan internet but you must ask the staff to get the cable because my room not have that one..
the disadvantage of this hotel is the parking lot..its too hard to enter the underground parking lot due to a small clearance for the car to turn right and enter the parking lot.

Restaurant on the street behind, Jalan Alor has lots of good street food.

Our overall stay at this hotel was okay. The only thing that we were wondering a little about was the fact that they will asked for 100 ringgit deposit for our stay when they know that we have already paid for our stay and they do have our credit card information. The hotel is located in the Bukit Bintang area, thus close proximity to malls and sites namely klcc, jalan alor, and pretty much everything else. The rooms are not too small and clean enough. The pillows are too large and hard like a rock. The tv remote is broken and you can only have one channel in malay language with english subtitles if you are lucky. They have no bellboy in site to help you with your luggage and the safe in the room does not work at all. They did give us a room with a nice view of the menara kl tower which was a big plus for us. They don't have slippers and their fridge doesn't work. But keep in mind that this is a budget hotel so do not expect a 5 star amenities. A tip for the staff is that they should go to charm school to learn how to smile and greet their guests.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make sure to ask for an adaptor upon check in because they run out fast and they do not have one available in the room. You are close to Jalan alor which has the best fruit stands in malaysia at the very end of the street. Durian, mangosteen, rambutan, lansones, grapes, cherries galore. And keep in mind they are cheap! The elevator requires your room key to access.

Friendly staff with bright smile which is the Best welcome for us. Room is clean and just nice and reasonable for its price. Near to great local food and shopping spot in town which spiced up our short trip in Kuala Lumpur. Just few minutes walking distance away from the monorail system.
Travel tip:
Night life, local food, shopping mall is around!

Strategic places with a sufficient budget. Close to nowhere, safe and comfortable. Restaurant and mall are open 24 hours.
No difficulty with transportation issues.Hop-On Hop-Off bus passes in front of the hotel.
