Nice and clean room. Very close to the nightlife here with very helpful staff. Only stayed here for a couple of hours so didn't get to see much outside, but the room was fairly comfy and very decent. Good for business trips.

Convenient location but small rooms. Bukit Bintang walk and shopping centers are at just 10 min walk. Overall it was a good experience staying in Alpha Genesis and i will consider it for future visit also.

Alpha Genesis made joy to our first time in KL

Never expected to have such pleasant stay considering the reviews in Agoda. But we got to this hotel, it was great. Arriving in LCCT, took us around almost 2 hours to get to Bukit Bintang by bus (this was intentional) however this paid off by the welcoming service given by Mr Ichwan the receptionist (can remember the name correctly). He was very helpful and the check in process was quite rapidly done.
Another accomplishment was that Alpha Genesis granted our wish to stay at a non smoking room, unlike most of the reviews saying they didnt manage to get what they wanted (or perhaps we were lucky at that time due to room availability).
Trust me, the room interior might be out of date and the TV remains a classic tube one, but it was clean on all aspects, especially the bathroom. The bathtub and toilet was spotless, i tell you, i'm a bathroom crazy where i can get annoyed by dirty ones.
On second day, we got ourselves being unable to enter the bathroom cause of our mistake. But the handyman came as soon as we called housekeeping and helped us at no time.
Short saying, staying at Alpha Genesis was G-R-E-A-T.
In fact, the idea of this hotel being so close to Alor, and other malls also easily reached bus stop and monorail station, made our first time in KL a huge JOY.
Thanks Alpha Genesis, please do keep up the great work and we will def recommend our closest ones to stay at your hotel when they're in KL.
Travel tip:
No hustle bustle on where to eat or shop, everything is so nearby. No need to book the room with breakfast, 24 hours restaurant next to the hotel.
There's even this good nasi lemak stall near the bus stop which sells great nasi lemak with varieties of good proteins in a quite low price. But unbelievably good.

this hotel is very comman to me, i use to stay this hotel for my kuala lumpur business trip. like my home whenever visit to kuala lumpur. room not to big, but comfortable to sleep and stay. price are a main reason for me to stay here. surrounding you can easy to find a local food . easy access to bukit bintang and pavillion

Good size room but out of date

Great room, big size room, many amenities, big size bed, good view from the hotel. Tea coffee making facilities I'm the room, shower reasonable but low pressure, looks well used hotel with need for an urgent updating and modernisation. Staff let us checked in an hour early, but not sooner, had to wait for 3 hours as revived 7am in KL after 12.5 hours flight.
Spa facilities not so good, very cheesy. Not suitable for young family or with kids.
Nightlife Tip:
All the facilities and various restaurant around the corner, supermarket at the door step.
