Im satisfied, which the hotel staff is friendly, the location is good which infront of the hotel there is a mini market that open 24/7, beside the hotel there is small kios that sells food. At the back of the hotel is alor street that sells street food. Near bar too. The room is clean, but is not too big. Good for 3 person for family room.

Good hotel, the location is walking distance to bukit bintang shopping belt. Room was cleaned every morning around 10am. No sleazy massage parlour can be found around there.
You feel safe when walking at night to and from the shopping belt. Mainly because the small one way road is congested with cars and there are restaurants and shops along it which close VERY late. The only problem is the UPHILL road leading to bukit bintang area. Those who have problem walking should avoid this hotel.
For muslims, indian coffeeshop is right next door. Cheap good food.

This hotel surprise me with their room which is clean, big, nice city view and comfortable bed. Their security guard is doing well in monitoring the car to park in their car park. They also only allow those room guest with authorized room key to get into their lift. Their housekeeping staff is nice and friendly but the receptionist should improve their service(no smile, no greeting at all).The only bad thing is if you are driving to this hotel, the car park entrance and exit is super small and narrow, be careful when you want to turn in and out. :)
