Well basically the tv in the room was from 1970s/80s, damn old. Toilet also would say average. Only that it is a suite comfortable enough to just sleep and rest after a long drive from singapore.

Big rooms (it is a suite/service apartment)
The new renovated rooms are good i mean just fantastic. While the old rooms are bad (just read the other reviews, there are plenty of it). The rooms are all big, equiped with kitchen and living areas. Location wise very close to Kuala Lumpur, 2km from KLCC. U have to use taxi/bus to move around from the hotel (no train nearby). No complain on the breakfast, enjoyed it with sufficient spread. Many travellers will have a certain expectation bcos this is a 4 star hotel and understandingly many are dissapointed if were given the old rooms and i believe after all rooms being renovated, there will more better reviews.

Cleaners and door man were very nice and helpful
The second we got to the place there was NO nice welcome!greated by duty manager!totally rude and ruined our stay!as a duty manager it is ur job to teach other ur duty as a lobby/front desks person teach other employee to work wit customers/people nicely mannered way!.you guys made us unwelcome!were very disappointed.
