All-Round Stay

Stayed here for one day and overall its a very good experience. Reception called to remind us to check out at 11.30a.m. but they allow us to stay until 12.30p.m. to 1p.m. Their service is good and the room is clean. come with dvd player and radio.
One thing that is my concern, is that the bath tub is not usable, the water is dirty. Thats all :)
Restaurant Tip:
There's a restaurant at Jalan Delima, just a few roads from Lanson place, called Levain. A nice pastry and bakery restaurant with pasta and western dishes served.

we booked this hotel before reading the reviews here and were a little bit worried when we did. however, our experience here was great. we booked two of the largest suites and both had amazing views over the city and out to sea. the rooms were spacious and airy the the bed huge! yes, the furniture is a little bit...

I booked a 2-Bedroom apartment which was very spacious. It could comfortably accomodate 5 adults. One bedroom came with a king-sized bed and the other came with two single beds. Both bedrooms came with attached bathrooms. On top of this,the living and dining areas were very spacious and it also had a kitchen with full amenities. The room came with an LCD TV in the hall and one tv each in each of the bedrooms. Furthermore, the tv in the hall was equipped with a DVD player and also came with a Hi-Fi set. The rooms was very cold with four A/C units ; two in the hall and one each in each bedroom. The apartment was also fully carperted unlike other apartments which gave the feel of a hotel rather than residence. The best part of the stay was that there was free Wi-Fi connection for the guests. The security level was very high in the hotel as you would need your room keycard to exit the carpark and to use the lifts and you could only go to the level in which your room is located with your keycard. The service was excellent and prompt. However,I feel that the reception could be improved as it is not air-conditioned and has only a table with two receptionists. The swimming pool was clean but is located next to the reception. Hence guests may feel shy to proceed to their rooms after swimming.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Located at very close proximity to KLCC and many shopping malls. Better to walk to these locations because of heavy traffic congestion.

Large hotel rooms + great services!

Nice big hotel rooms with a living room and small kitchen(with full accessories). Clean and tidy hotel rooms. Just like a small apartment. You can even see the KLCC twin tower thru the window. Overall its worth the stay with such a low price. Many ambassador near the hotel.
