Great Hotel for Visa run
This is my third time using this hotel, and I will be back in the future... I highly recommend this hotel to all teachers traveling to KL for Visa runs from Thailand... very convenient!

Overall Not too Bad, just few experiences...
The hotel looks great but slight disappointed with the room. It's look great in the photo but reality cleanliness is slight disappointment. Staff wise is alright but while arriving for check in it took awhile. Waited for around 10-15mins for only one counter is opened. End up they open another one to check me in. Process took around 10mins just for check in. Variety for breakfast is less, and morning pineapple fried rice found not fresh and told one of the kitchen staff. There's a funny taste and smelly. First time visit, maybe coming back for second time. Just felt a disappointment for first visit.
