Practical for family with young kids.
Good food and a great gym.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. With a toddler, the kitchenette was practical for preparing milk bottles and meals without having to depend on room service.
The gym was superb, allowing me to work out before devouring the sumptous mee mamak..
All in all, drama free stay and very comfortable stay. I'm a fan.

Priceis cheap, but don expect too much

Service is bad, not up to standard, definately cannot enjoy a hotel service here. Location also not that good.So disappointed with the stay. Some of the furniture and equipment in the room cannot be use, as it already broken, but still put in the room. Bathroom is so awful.

It is indeed a fulfilling experience traveling with your family especially when you stay in a good hotel. It has spacious rooms with almost everything you need inside. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They upgraded our room and permitted late check out with no additional fee. I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can cook at the hotel, they have complete kitchen utensils. There is a nearby grocery store which is just a three minute walk away from the hotel.

Available :- micro wave oven, dish washing liquid, plates and spoons, folks and bowls.
Two tvs and comfortable environment.
Location :- ampang area, heavy traffic jam.

The hotel has good facilities for both adults and children.
The wireless is free n there is lcd flat screen tv and DVD player.
There is 7-11 convenient store and a supermarket within walking distance.
15 mins by car to Berjaya Times Square mall but avoid jam hours.
Ideal for family.

Great place to stay. Buses are very easy to take if you're going to klcc petronas tower for shopping. Unfortunately it's quite difficult to find local cheap food around this area. A lot of embassy offices around this area.
