Convenience in every way

our stay was perfect! we were given a corner room which id so spacious with separate kitchen, bedroom and 1 bathroom with tub and 2 toilet. very clean and you feel like more at home and relax. ony negative comment is that the wifi service is not too strong, only in the ground floor where you can use continously without interruption, receptionist and concierge are very helpful, especially the housekeeping people, we have tried the breakfast, not too much selection, better just cook, all in all everything was good!
Travel tip:
be advised tha there is a deposit of 100RM per night!

Centrally located with good service

Centrally located.Decent size rooms with good amenities.Also 2 mins walk from a supermarket,money changer etc
The pool is nice,not crowded and clean.Easy to get into the city from the hotel,10 mins cab to KLCC and also close to embassies ( Thai,British,French,Chinese and Russian )
Security is also good and the staff very helpful and obliging.The hotel represents value for money !

clean and spacious rooms for family or large group of travelers. good facilities like spa, quiet pool to relax, not forgetting easy access to shoppings and dining. courteous crews to attend to every needs especially housekeeping department to ensure a comfortable stay. there s a kitchen in the room if you suddenly feel the urge to do some cooking.

Lovely hotel and nice place close to supermarket

I loved this hotel and I will come back next summer to stay there 25 days , nice service , t he laundry was clean, nice swimming pool, but there is not pool for kids, very good Spa, the supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the hotel , you can find every thing and its so cheap,mother rooms is big, next time I will take 2 beds rooms.
Shopping Tip:
I love shopping, tourism , beach, mountain , sun way lagoon .....

went with high expectation hence was a bit let down with the overall experience. it is a shared building with another condo residence therefore the feeling was somewhat not so exclusive.
nothing to shout about the amenities nor the designs of the hotel. a very basic, clean and affordable hotel.
however, it is located at the heart of kl, lots of good restaurants nearby and it takes only 5 minutes drive to klcc/pavilion.

building itself is very good. classic, trying to be high level(elevator needs card), middle level balcony i love everything
room is comfort, kitchen is old, balcony door cannot open
and bath is stained look so dirty
anyway i liked it is near by business district but not for shopping
wifi is normally fast except jamming time.

Lovely Hotel and service
the services, facilities and location of the hotel are the things i liked most.

Highly recommended for travelers with family especially, as you feel like home when you're there. With all the facilities and the location of the hotel are really convenient for you to go up and around the town. The room that i stayed was spacious and clean. The kitchen also okay but i was not sure why there was no plates available in the kitchen. The rest, everything is good and i will be staying there again in my nest trips.

hotel is situated 5 min from the ferry terminal to singapore. the architecture is interesting, but the renovation is needed. on the other hand, the servise was perfect, swimming-pool: big, clean and the gym in a very good condition. breakfast was tasty. our room was big, but tv was very small (25"). i recommend

about 4 km to klcc petronos towers - good location

great hospitality by friendly staff. in fact i was upgraded to a 2 bed room suite. the food at the restaurant was also good. shopping at klcc was great.
