I robbed outside hotel. My wife bag snatched, our all passports and money gone but the hotel staff helped me a lot, they took me to police station in hotel van one hotel staff was with me for assistance and next day they took me to my embassy in hotel taxi and they not charged me. Thanks to hotel management. I would recommend this hotel to everyone in all respect.

The hotel is located pretty far from most attractions and would require approx. 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Petronas Twin Towers. The nearest LRT station, Ampang Park, is about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel; however the journey is pretty arduous as the walkway is not well maintained. It will be easier to travel if you intend to rent a car or taxi downtown nonetheless. That being said, the neighbourhood is pretty self-sufficient with a supermarket, convenience stores and few restaurants serving the residents (mainly expatriates). The vicinity is also pretty safe at night given that you’ll have to walk pass numerous embassies and high commissions before reaching the hotel.
No complaints about the room except that the bathroom. The bathtub is looked unclean and the drainage system doesn’t work properly which although is not an issue as water gets drained eventually, it is quite dangerous as there’ll be puddles of water on the bathtub when you shower and may turn bad if you slip and fall.

The service apartment looks presentable, and the cleanliness of this hotel is reasonably acceptable. The gym and the pool are definitely better than other hotels if you have the time to use their facilities during your stay. However, the key main issue that I would like to draw out is ~ the hotel is situated in an extremely poor location, very inconvenience to access to any other places, especially the malls - such as KLCC, LOT 10, Pavilion, Mid Valley, Chinatown, etc ... The cabbies, would not offer to drive you there unless you willing to pay double or tripe the cab fair.
