Nice basic hotel with excellent location. Rooms are big and clean enough. The breakfast also not bad. But the receptionist is very unfriendly. The hotel doesn't provide any extra bed and extra pillow.

The location of hotel is good with easy access to all channels of public transport. The breakfast is meeting expectation with the price paid. The building is spotlessly clean with nice and contemporary design.
Nightlife Tip:
You can easy access the famous Petaling street within 5 minutes walking distance.

Good location, ok breakfast
hotel in prominent tourist area and nice view looking out ni the centre of KL.

check in and out took long by reception,
their English was not understandable when i mention about light not working in room but location was great, breakfast ok, room cleaning good and free hot and cold drinking water to refill.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Choose room on upper floor as lower floor room is underneath train station.

Comfort budget business hotel with goof service

Checked in was smooth with Agoda. I got a better view room. Still impressed with the clealiness of the room. The television has now upgraded to Astro and I would like to thank you to hotel management for the good upgrade. I still say the room must have at least 1 painting instead of plain. It will create a different comfort level to the guests. Other than that, I reserve my comment. Overall are good satisfaction.

I only stayed for a night. In totality, we had a good stay, the room is clean, quite spacious, they have ironing station, and has easy access for buses to go to other places. I only have 2 comments: the heater took much time before it works; and the hotel does not have a conceirge where you can leave your luggages.
