Overall stay was ok, staff at the frontdesk were unprofessional.All were trainees and had no idea if they were doing the right thing.They gave us a room on the 16floor and the door was jammed,but they kept insisting it was alright and didnt really bother to help us.I Had to get hold of the maintenance people personally and have this sorted.They did not give us the rooms on time.Overall bad experience and unprofessional staff

Be carefull of this hotel since we have trapped for more than 5 minutes at their lift cz electricity off and the emergency button not work, no body know us untill the electricity On again..SCARY !!! and while reported to the staff they think that we push the wrong button..come on..!! it was about SAFETY. I booked 2 room for 2 night, we arrived at the hotel around 11.00am and we left our luggages, around 05.00 pm we checkin, our luggages just put in lobby area, no toiletries and towel in my room, while asking to the staff incharge sound no body can help almost 1 hour, after hard talk with duty manager finnaly i got my towel and the hotel staff even couldn't find us taxi while we cheked out with so many luggages and they didn't know where was the exactly place to find. I would not stay at this hotel anymore very unussual hotel.

Staying at Ancasa Express @ Pudu was such a pleasant experience! Staff were very friendly and everything we need was provided. The place was also very clean and well secured with 24/7 surveillance by the staff there who always had someone at reception. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it to everyone, especially those on a holiday .
